เป็นการเข้ากลุ่มครั้งแรกค่ะ อยากสอบถามผู้รู้ว่าการที่ลูกจะฟ้องเอาเงินจากแม่ทำได้ด้วยเ หรอค่ะคือแม่เขาไม่ยอมแม่ทุกข์ใจลูกโทรมาขู่จะฟ้องแม่ ลูกค นนี้ไม่ได้ดูแลแกน่ะค่ะ ตามข้อกฎหมาย คดีความหนี้สินจะเริ่มนับอายุความตั้งแต่วันแรกที่ลูกหนี้ผิดนัดชำระหนี้ โดยต้องมีจำนวนหนี้ขั้นต่ำอยู่ที่ 2 000 บาทขึ้นไปจึงจะสามารถส่งฟ้องขอหมายศาลได้ นั่นหมายความว่า เพียงแค่จ่ายหนี้บัตรไม่ตรงตามก  การไปศาลควรไปตามกำหนดนัดในคำฟ้อง และควรไปก่อนเวลานัด 1 ชั่วโมง เพื่อมีเวลาตรวจสอบและเตรียมเอกสารให้เรียบร้อย เช่น บัตรประชาชน หากจำเป็นต้องตั้งตัวแทน ต้องมีมอบอำนาจอย่างถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย  ถ้าโดนหมายศาลแล้ว ก็ต้องไปขึ้นศาล เพื่อไปไกล่เกลียกับเจ้าหนี้ครับ แต่ถ้าเพิกเฉย เค้าก็จะแจ้งมาทางบริษัทขอหักเงินเดือนเรา ถ้าเงินเดือนเกิน 20 000 บาทเค้าจะหักส่วนที่เกิน แต่ถ้าเงินเดือน  ตามข้อกฎหมาย คดีความหนี้สินจะเริ่มนับอายุความตั้งแต่วันแรกที่ลูกหนี้ผิดนัดชำระหนี้ โดยต้องมีจำนวนหนี้ขั้นต่ำอยู่ที่ 2 000 บาทขึ้นไปจึงจะสามารถส่งฟ้องขอหมายศาลได้ นั่นหมายความว่า เพียงแค่จ่ายหนี้บัตรไม่ตรงตามก
